Split

Split is the largest city in Dalmatia and the second largest city in Croatia, and is about 100 km away from Drvenik. In it you will be able to enjoy cultural events such as: exhibitions, museums, concerts, theater performances. It is a city that offers night entertainment in many of its clubs and bars. During the summer, Split hosts the largest electronic music festival - ULTRA.

Diocletian's Palace is the heart and center of Split and the historic building is unavoidable with its streets (kalama), which like the entire ancient center of Split since 1979 is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Inside and around the palace you can see the Cathedral of St. Duje, the Peristyle, the Vestibule, the Golden Gate, the Silver Gate, the Temple of Jupiter, the old town, and you can walk to the hill Marjan which is located above the city of Split. Marjan is a promenade in the woods and a lookout point from which you can see Split in the palm of your hand.
