Hvar

In Drvenik there is a ferry port for the island of Hvar. The line Drvenik - Sucuraj is only 30 minutes drive, and Sucuraj is about 70 km away from the town of Hvar. The town of Hvar is one of the most famous tourist centers in Croatia.

It is located in the western part of the island of the same name and is the largest village on the island. Annually, Hvar has the most sunny days, so it is also called Sunny Hvar.

The oldest part of the city is located within the city walls below the fortress Fortica and today is the main center of the city. The city with its hotels, restaurants, cafes and clubs has become one of the most famous fashion tourist centers in Croatia, which is still visited by world famous stars.
